These terms govern your access to and use of Seedance 2.0, including AI video and image generation features.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Seedance 2.0, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Service Description
Seedance 2.0 provides tools for generating and managing AI-assisted creative assets. Output quality, availability, generation time, and supported features may vary by model, plan, prompt, reference material, and system load.
3. Accounts and Payments
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. Paid plans, credits, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the checkout terms shown at purchase and by applicable payment provider rules.
4. Acceptable Use Policy for AI-Generated Content
You may only use Seedance 2.0 for lawful, safe, and rights-respecting creative work. You are responsible for your prompts, uploaded references, generated outputs, and how you use or distribute generated content.
NSFW and adult content are prohibited
You must not use Seedance 2.0 to request, generate, upload, edit, publish, sell, or distribute pornographic, sexually explicit, nude, semi-nude, erotic, fetish, adult, sexually suggestive, or otherwise NSFW content. This prohibition applies to AI-generated images, videos, text prompts, reference materials, galleries, previews, and any content created behind a paywall or premium tier.
You must also not use the service to generate sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, sexual deepfakes, exploitative content, illegal content, hateful or harassing content, instructions for wrongdoing, or content that infringes another party's rights.
Attempts to bypass safety filters, moderation systems, or policy enforcement are prohibited. We may block prompts, reject uploads, remove outputs, suspend access, terminate accounts, or report unlawful activity when we believe this policy has been violated.
5. User Content and Rights
You represent that you have the necessary rights to any prompts, images, videos, audio, logos, faces, likenesses, or other materials you upload or reference. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publication or commercial use.
6. Availability and Changes
We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also update these terms when needed for legal, operational, payment, or safety reasons.
