Current Web App Capabilities
The public web workflow supports short-form text-to-video and image-to-video generation. Seedance 2.0 is paid, and current public outputs support up to 1080p and 15 seconds.
Text to Video
Write a prompt, choose a ratio, duration, and resolution, then render a short-form clip in the current web app.
Image to Video
Use one reference image as the starting frame when you need stronger control over the subject or composition.
Model Access
Starter credits apply to Seedance 2.0 Lite. Seedance 2.0 is a paid upgrade in the current web app.
Visible Limits
Current public output options include 480p and 720p, with 1080p available on Seedance 2.0. Seedance 2.0 Lite supports up to 12s; Seedance 2.0 supports up to 15s.
Credit-Based Rendering
Generation cost depends on the selected model and duration, so the UI can show the tradeoff before you render.
Downloadable Output
Completed renders can be downloaded as MP4, and the current app surfaces queueing and paid-plan priority clearly.
