1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including account details, email address, support messages, prompts, uploaded reference materials, generated outputs, and settings you choose while using Seedance 2.0. We also collect service data such as generation history, credit usage, request status, device information, IP address, browser details, log data, cookies, and similar technologies.
2. Payments and Billing
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We may receive limited billing information such as payment status, plan, subscription identifiers, invoice identifiers, transaction metadata, and partial card details where provided by the processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to operate, secure, and improve the service; generate and deliver AI images or videos; manage accounts, credits, billing, subscriptions, and API access; provide support; prevent abuse; enforce our terms; analyze performance; maintain reliability; and comply with legal obligations.
4. Prompts, Uploads, and Outputs
AI generation may require sending prompts, uploaded references, and related metadata to model providers, infrastructure providers, or storage providers that help us process your request. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed for any material you upload or reference.
Creative control data
Your prompt history, references, generated assets, and generation settings may be retained so you can review previous work, recover outputs, and manage your creative workflow.
5. Sharing Information
We share information with service providers that support hosting, storage, databases, authentication, payments, analytics, communications, security, content processing, and AI generation. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse or fraud, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the service working, remember preferences, understand traffic, measure product performance, and improve the user experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.
7. Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account and billing records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements. Seedance 2.0 is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
